Full Tilt Poker HearingUniformed security officers were posted outside of the Park Plaza Hotel conference room where the Alderney Gaming Control Commission (AGCC) is holding Full Tilt Poker’s hearing. After two days of testimony, neither the AGCC or Full Tilt’s attorney’s are saying anything other than news that the hearing was adjourned and a third day rescheduled.

It is unknown whether the news that the New York Attorney amended his indictments against the founders to include money laundering charges and requesting an additional $115 Million in fines for running a “worldwide Ponzi Scheme” affected the day’s hearings.

Full Tilt Poker, the beleaguered online poker site that had it’s operations shut down and Internet domain name seized in the events of “Black Friday” now stands to have its operating license revoked by the AGCC when the hearing is concluded.

An announcement of the hearing’s final disposition is expected this week.
