2010 WSOP Qualifiers at PokerStars
Las Vegas
Just as you could in previous years, you can also qualify at PokerStars for several WSOP 2010 events through FPP, Cash Qualifiers and Steps Sit & Go Satellites this year.
You can win one of the very decent prize packages that take you to Las Vegas, the gambling capital of the world, for the 2010 World Series of Poker. The standard 2010 WSOP Main Event prize package is valued at $12,000 (including $10K buy-in, $2.5K expenses and accommodation in luxury hotel).
2010 PokerStars Experience
Besides the standard 2010 WSOP Main Event prize package and prize packages for several WSOP Side Events, PokerStars also awards players who qualify through their FPP (Frequent Player Points), Cash Qualifiers and Steps Sit & Go Satellites to be part of the PokerStars Experience. The 2009 PokerStars Experience included the additional features you can read below. An update on the given information below is still pending, since PokerStars hasn't released the precise details for the 2010 PokerStars Experience so far.
- Free hotel accommodation at the Palms, for 8 nights from July 2-9 (or a cash alternative of $1,000).
- The qualifiers that chose to wear PokerStars gear, who are still playing in the main event on July 10th will have their accommodation extended until July 15th.
- Hotel suite upgrades for Supernova and Supernova Elite VIP members.
- Shuttle bus service each day to the Rio.
- Cash bonuses of up to $50,000 for qualifiers that make a TV table.
- Additional bonuses of up to $1,000,000 for players that make the final table.
How to Win a PokerStars WSOP Package
You can either buy-in directly to any of their Cash Qualifiers, using your Frequent Player Points in their FPP Qualifiers or battle your way to the 2010 Main Event with PokerStars' Steps Sit & Go Satellites.
PokerStars is world's largest online poker room that also welcomes players from the US. Unfortunately, Poker For Free no longer promotes PokerStars directly (because of a business disagreement), but our friends at PokerBonusHelp.com do. If you want to get to know more about PokerStars' online poker room, we suggest that you read their in-depth PokerStars Review.
