GUPT Coventry 2010

The fourth leg of the Grosvenor UK Poker Tour is taking place this May 20 - 23, 2010 and players can qualify for the fifth leg of the series through satellite tournaments running now over at Celeb Poker.

The GUKPT's fifth leg will be held at the G Casino in Coventry. The £1,800 prize package up for grabs includes a £1,000 + £70 ticket into the GUKPT Coventry event, plus £495 for a five night stay at Coventry's Novotel Hotel, May 19 - 24, £205 for airfare and expenses, and £30 for fees.

Ongoing Sit 'n Go Satellites are running now for GUKPT Coventry over at Celeb Poker for buy-ins as low as £0.44 + £0.04, with weekly Super Satellites running as well. The Celeb Poker GUKPT Coventry satellite schedule includes Stage 1 Turbo and Speed events, and Stage 2 Turbo events.

All events on the GUKPT Coventry satellite schedule at Celeb Poker are rebuy/add-on events, including the weekly Super Satellites (although these are neither Turbo nor Speed events).

Winner of the 2009 GUKPT's final leg was Haitao "Colin" Wu. This year's top winner of GUKPT Coventry will claim a £25,000 top prize.

The most recent GUKPT winner was Kuljinder Sidhu who took down the 4th leg of the GUKPT, held recently at the Manchester G Casino, defeating a 192 player field for a £54,850 top prize.

After GUKPT Coventry, the remaining legs on this year's schedule are stops in Luton, Brighton, Blackpool, and the Grand Final in London. That will be followed by the final GUKPT event of the series, the Champion of Champions.
