The world's first and sole 3-dimensional online poker room, PKR Poker, has hosted its one big annual live tournament, PKR Live, for three years running now. And in a couple of months, it will be time for the fourth rollout of this big money event, PKR Live IV.

As with prior incarnations of this event, PKR Live IV will take place in London at its famous Loose Cannon Club, where last year Vincent Diver (aka "vdl2345"), a Londoner, took the PKR Live III top prize, and the year before Karl Fenton (aka "discomonkey"), a PKR satellite tournament winner who got his seat in the event for all of a $5 investment, took down PKR Live II. This year's PKR Live IV winner stands to gain at least $20,000 guaranteed.

The dates for PKR Live IV are Friday May 7th through Sunday May 9th, with a big party on Friday night, the start of the main event on Saturday, and the completion of the main event on Sunday, along with a side event, a shootout tournament with a $150 buy-in.

Satellite tournaments at PKR Poker cost $162 to enter and the top prize packages include seats in both of the weekend's big tournaments. You can similarly earn your seat in the satellite and avoid paying its direct buy-in by winning a $5 qualifier.

And if you don't win a PKR satellite, don't rule yourself out of the competition just yet. The buy-in for PKR Live IV is half of what it used to be, at a more reasonable $500 rather than $1,000.
