Their website is very complete and your account manager will make sure you get access to a lot of great stuff to use for promotion. For instance, when you need a creative in your language, you just have to ask and they'll fix it for you!

Their payout is every 17th of the month, a bit late, but we never encountered any problems with receiving payments.
